Create AI videos (1 min), mainly UGC: realistic characters speaking to camera, lip-sync, storyline, and strong hook in the first seconds. Adapt creatives for different geos and languages (EN, ES, FR, DE, Hindi). Review analytics on your videos with buyers and improve the next ones. Pace: 1-2 videos per day at start, then growth to 5.

Portfolio of finished AI videos, preferably advertising or UGC. Strong editing skills: rhythm, dynamics, hooks, attention retention. Seedance, Kling, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs and similar tools. Ability to maintain character consistency and scene coherence. Willingness to be available on Saturday and Sunday. Nice to have: experience with spy services (Tyver and others), experience with nodes/ComfyUI, automation, performance creatives for Facebook, iGaming, or arbitrage.

Remote, full-time. Salary plus percentage of profit from creatives. All neural networks and subscriptions paid by the company.
