AI/VFX Specialist for Realistic TikTok Shot

Seeking AI/VFX specialist to create one highly realistic shot for TikTok. Complex task: photorealistic characters, extreme scale change, complex camera movement, lens physical effect. Deadline: 22 September.

Looking for a strong AI/VFX specialist to create one very realistic shot for TikTok. The task is technically complex: photorealistic characters, extreme scale change, complex camera movement, and a physical lens effect. I need a result at the level of expensive cinema, not an ordinary AI video. Please review the brief and let me know if you can implement this at a truly high level, and provide an estimate of timeline and cost. Deadline is 22 September. Quality is most important to me.

Strong AI/VFX skills. Ability to create photorealistic characters, extreme scale changes, complex camera movement, and physical lens effects. High-quality, cinema-level result.
