AI Product Analyst

Looking for an AI Product Analyst for an international project creating an AI assistant and analytical solutions based on LLM. Remote, $3000-4500.

Conduct discovery sessions with business customers, form a catalog of questions and benchmark sets for evaluating AI solutions before go-live. Analyze data sources (Oracle EPM, Landfolio, AcQuire), determine data availability in ADLS and Databricks, coordinate approach to their use or loading. Describe data schemas and control data quality. Collect and formalize requirements for AI chat and dashboards, translate business tasks into specifications for ML engineers. Form and maintain a knowledge base for RAG, prepare datasets for evaluating search and citation quality. Conduct QA and benchmarking of the AI solution, analyze errors, participate in UAT and pilot launches. Maintain project documentation, architectural materials and knowledge transfer.

Experience from 3 years in the role of Data / System / Product Analyst on projects with data, ML or AI for enterprise clients. Confident SQL, experience in data analysis and profiling. Knowledge of Databricks / Spark SQL will be an advantage. Understanding of LLM products: RAG, Text2SQL, prompting, model limitations, evaluation of answer quality and work with eval sets. Experience in collecting and formalizing requirements: discovery, user stories, acceptance criteria, data specifications. English - C1. Willingness to work independently in a distributed team and participate in regular meetings with the client (UTC+3). Will be a plus: Experience with Azure ADLS, Databricks Genie, AI Foundry, Power BI or other BI tools. Experience with financial data (budget, actual, forecast, P&L), Oracle EPM or Hyperion. Experience with regulatory documents, licensing and systems like Landfolio. Experience with geological and spatial data, AcQuire, ArcGIS or similar GIS systems. Experience in domains Mining, Oil & Gas or Heavy Industry. Python/pandas for data analysis and experience in LLM evaluation (LLM-as-a-Judge, Ragas, Promptfoo, etc.).
