Analyze company processes and identify points for optimization and automation. Work with marketing, HR, support, sales, and operations teams to propose AI solutions. Select the optimal set of AI tools, models, and approaches for each task. Test new AI products and quickly implement genuinely useful solutions. Create AI agents and automated processes, including with modern tools such as OpenClaw. If necessary, vibe-code an internal tool that solves a specific team task. Reduce manual work, accelerate processes, and increase team efficiency. Constantly monitor AI industry developments, new models and tools, and find practical applications for them.

Practical experience using AI for various business tasks, not isolated experiments. Experience automating or optimizing workflows with AI. Good understanding of modern LLMs and AI tools. Understanding of prompting basics, differences between models, their capabilities and limitations. Ability to assess AI risks, including hallucinations and result quality. Systems thinking: ability to break a process into stages and understand where AI will give maximum effect. Initiative and focus on fast practical results. Genuine interest in AI: follows trends, tries new models, and understands where the industry is heading. Cyprus or willingness to relocate. Important: we do NOT need a techie.
