AI Operator / Motion Designer

We are looking for an AI Operator / Motion Designer to generate videos using neural networks and perform post-compositing. The project is milestone-based with an estimated budget of 250,000 ₽.

Generating concepts and frames using neural networks, compositing, color correction, preparing source files for editing, and documenting prompt logs and pipelines.

Portfolio with relevant projects, experience with generative models, attention to documentation.

Payment is milestone-based via escrow/contract. References and a short call for finalists are mandatory. Full moodboards/prompt logs will be provided only after signing an NDA.
