AI-Native Content Editor for a wellness app. Responsibilities include managing the full production cycle of audio content, working with LLMs, editing AI-generated scripts, and coordinating production. Fully remote.

We’re looking for an AI-native content editor to help us scale the content catalog of a fast-growing wellness app for men. This is not a traditional copywriting role. You’ll own the full production cycle of immersive audio content — from idea to published session. What you’ll do * Deeply understand our product, tone, audience, and content style * Work with LLMs to generate and develop scripts * Heavily edit and humanize AI-generated drafts * Maintain consistency, pacing, emotional immersion, and quality * Coordinate proofreading and reviews with external experts * Prepare scripts for voice recording * Manage communication with voice actors and review final audio * Prepare titles, descriptions, covers, and publish content through our admin panel * Help us continuously expand and improve the app’s content library

Strong written English (C1+) AI-native workflow mindset — you actively use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc. Strong editing taste and attention to emotional tone Ability to turn rough concepts into polished content Good sense of pacing, flow, and immersion in writing Highly organized and able to manage content production end-to-end Comfortable working directly with a founder in a fast-moving environment Nice to have: * Experience with audio content, storytelling, meditation, wellness, coaching, or narrative writing * Experience coordinating freelancers or creative production * Design taste / ability to prepare simple visual assets
