AI Motion Designer / Video Creator

AI Motion Designer / Video Creator for performance creatives for foreign audiences (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat). Full-time, remote. AI-first production with Claude and AI agents.

Create and adapt video creatives for performance advertising. Work with Claude/AI agents: set tasks, evaluate results, give feedback. Monitor creative quality: hook, pacing, visual presentation, readability, emotion. Quickly try new AI approaches and implement what speeds up production. If necessary, create or refine manually when it's faster or better.

Experience in motion design, video editing, or advertising videos. Strong visual sense and understanding of why a creative works or doesn't. Ability to formulate tasks and feedback for AI, yourself, and the team. Interest in AI-first production and moving away from manual editing toward AI/agents. Speed, independence, readiness to test and redo. Portfolio/showreel/video examples are mandatory. Plus: Experience with performance creatives, UGC, mobile apps, or subscription products. Understanding of creative testing in Meta/TikTok/Snapchat. Experience with Claude/ChatGPT or other AI tools in real tasks.
