JETLYN is looking for an AI/ML Engineer (Middle+/Senior) for a remote position in Russia. Salary is 240,000-320,000 RUB/month. Responsibilities include developing LLM routing, RAG pipelines, and AI safety.

Responsibilities: - Development of LLM routing / gateway layer - Building and optimizing RAG pipelines - Implementation of guardrails and AI safety - Setting up observability, tracing, and metrics - Optimization of inference (latency / throughput / cost) - Building evaluation pipelines - Working with GPU infrastructure and scaling

Requirements: - 5+ years in ML / AI - Experience deploying models to production - Deep understanding of RAG (vector DB + frameworks) - Strong Python (asyncio, FastAPI) - Ability to work with metrics and experiments - Experience with LLM products - Understanding of AI safety and risks Plus: - Agentic RAG / multi-agent systems - Fine-tuning (LoRA / QLoRA) - Multimodal (CV / audio) - ASR / TTS / OCR / NER - Evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, deepeval) - Inference optimization (quantization, batching, KV-cache)
