AdTech Holding is seeking an AI Engineering Manager with 5+ years of production ML/AI experience to lead a team, design and ship ML/AI solutions, and drive AI initiatives. The role is based in Cyprus with relocation support.

We’re looking for a hands-on AI Engineering Manager with strong production ML/AI experience — someone who leads a team while actively building and shipping models. What you’ll do: • Lead and grow the AI team (hiring, priorities, delivery) • Design and ship production ML/AI solutions • Own model decisions and architecture • Work closely with product, data, and engineering leaders • Drive AI initiatives end-to-end with real business impact • Stay hands-on: code, review, solve complex problems

• 5+ years in production ML/AI (not research) • Experience managing ML engineers / data scientists • Proven track record of shipping real systems • Strong engineering mindset + business ориентация • AdTech / high-scale systems experience is a big plus
