AI Engineering Architect

AI Engineering Architect at KA Lucky Hunter for an international B2C entertainment company. Salary 8000-12000 EUR gross. Location: Cyprus or UK, remote from Europe. Drive 5x development acceleration via AI-native tools.

Company: international B2C business in the entertainment industry, working with multiple products and creating tools for musicians and authors worldwide. The company is moving towards decentralized engineering and bets on AI-native tools. Tasks: - Build and lead the AI stack for engineering: agentic workflows, evals, access rules, AI code review, test and deployment automation. - Focus on automation: identify and remove key bottlenecks in workflows using AI, responsible for 5x development acceleration. - Select models and providers for tools, launch MVP on one team and scale to the entire organization, set up evals that show real impact on speed.

6-7+ years of commercial development, any stack, with recent years focused on implementing and automating processes through AI. Experience implementing AI tools at company-wide scale with measurable impact on speed. Experimental, data-driven approach: propose an idea, launch MVP on one team, then scale what works. Experience with agentic tools (Claude Code, Cursor and similar) at organizational scale, not just personal use. English B2 or higher.

Official employment in Cyprus or UK; for remote - B2B contract. Relocation support to Cyprus for candidates from Russia/Belarus. Remote possible, preferably close to CET timezone.
