Senior AI Engineer with 8+ years of experience in Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, Microservices, RabbitMQ/Kafka, AWS. Full-time remote position at Eshe App. Salary: 300,000 – 400,000₽.

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our product company, Eshe App. The role focuses on developing and maintaining AI APIs for chat and related scenarios, designing and supporting API contracts, managing model behavior through data, implementing RAG and conversational dialogues, and ensuring reliability and observability. This is a full-time, remote position with core hours from 10:00 to 18:00 EAT (UTC+3).

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as an AI Engineer. 2. Minimum 2 years of experience with RAG (embeddings, vector search, prompt assembly). 3. Minimum 1 year of experience with RAG system tools (Vertex AI RAG Engine, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.). 4. Minimum 1 year of experience managing prompts and context in production (logs, limits, quality). 5. Minimum 1 year of experience organizing conversational scenarios (state, transitions, external context). 6. Minimum 6 years of experience with Node.js as a Backend developer. 7. Minimum 3 years of experience with TypeScript and NestJS. 8. Minimum 4 years of experience with Kubernetes. 9. Minimum 2 years of experience with AWS: EKS, RDS, DynamoDB, S3. 10. Minimum 1 year of experience with hybrid storage. We are looking for dedicated full-time employees, not freelancers, outsourcing, or staff augmentation. This role requires hands-on engineering work, not technical management.
