AI Engineer (Middle/Senior)

Responsibilities: — Implement AI agents from concept to production. — Develop LangGraph workflows and RAG systems. — Optimize prompts, connect tools and function calling. — Integrate external services and work with LLMs via LiteLLM. — Set up streaming for LLM applications. — Organize background tasks using Celery and Kafka. — Write tests with pytest. — Evaluate the quality of AI system responses. — Identify and resolve production issues. Main project: — Develop a corporate AI-agent platform. — Create RAG assistants for internal documents and business process support. — Automate and support business processes using AI.

Requirements: — Strong Python skills and ability to write clean, maintainable code. — Practical experience with LangGraph. — Experience developing LLM applications and working with LLM Operations. — Practical experience building RAG systems. — Understanding of embeddings, vector search, and relevance evaluation. — Experience with Qdrant. — Knowledge of hybrid, dense, and sparse search. — Understanding of advanced document chunking approaches. — Experience with Git. — Ability to work independently. — Backend development experience with FastAPI and async Python. — Knowledge of REST API, PostgreSQL, and SQLAlchemy. — Experience with queues. — Familiarity with LiteLLM / vLLM. — Experience with local models such as Qwen or Gemma. Nice to have: — Celery or Kafka. — Airflow. — Docker / Kubernetes. — CI/CD. — S3 / MinIO. — Keycloak. — LLM quality evaluation and observability with Langfuse or MLflow. — Prompt Engineering. — Working with multilingual data RU/KZ/EN. — OCR and document processing. — Clean Architecture, Dependency Injection, and DDD. — Fine-tuning models.
