AI Engineer

AI Engineer at Quadcode. Needs production experience in LLMs, multi-agent systems, MCP, and backend. Hybrid in Cyprus (Limassol/Larnaca), 3 days office. Fluent English required; fintech/Russian a plus.

Quadcode has been building B2C and B2B SaaS trading platforms for clients worldwide for 13 years. The role is suitable for someone interested not only in building features, but also in owning solutions end-to-end and understanding their real business impact, including metrics, cost, latency, reliability, and scalability.

Hands-on production experience in LLMs, multi-agent systems, MCP, and backend development. Fluent English is required. Experience in fintech and fluent Russian would be a big plus.

Location: Cyprus — hybrid, 3 days per week from the office (Limassol or Larnaca). Candidates already based in Cyprus are preferred.
