AI Engineer - AI Transformation

Senior AI Engineer (Full-Stack) to lead AI development from scratch: build RAG systems, multi-agent processes, integrate LLMs into broker systems. Remote, salary 250,000-300,000₽.

We are looking for the first and main Senior AI Engineer (Full-Stack) who will lead the technical development of AI solutions from scratch. Your task is to build RAG systems, multi-agent processes and integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude) into real broker systems (CRM, tech support, KYC/Compliance, analytics).

5+ years in backend/full-stack development. 2+ years of experience with LLM in production (2-3 ready and launched cases). Strong stack: RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Tool & Function calling, Python/Node.js, REST API. Experience with clouds (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, CI/CD. Fluent English. Experience in Fintech/Forex/Banks will be an advantage.

Role of founder of AI direction with high autonomy and prospect of growth to Tech Lead. Full remote from anywhere in the world. Work on real AI products without bureaucracy and legacy code.
