AI Developer (Python)

Bell Integrator is looking for an AI Developer (Python) with 3+ years of commercial Python experience. Full-time, remote in Russia. The team is building an AI assistant (based on GigaChat) for the Treasury channel to allow clients to change the parameters of the "Unified Balance" service.

Bell Integrator is a large system integrator and accredited IT company. The team is creating an AI assistant (based on GigaChat) in the Treasury channel: the assistant will allow the client to independently change the parameters of the "Unified Balance" service. Responsibilities: - Design, development, and implementation of AI agents - Integration of various solutions with other systems, ensuring their interaction - Work with LLMs, including prompt engineering and optimization of interaction with large language models

- Excellent knowledge of Python, 3+ years of commercial development experience (according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation) - Good knowledge of FastAPI, REST API, and asynchronous programming - Experience with PostgreSQL, Docker / Docker Compose - Experience with Qdrant or other vector databases - Practical understanding of RAG: chunking, embeddings, vector search, metadata filtering - Experience integrating LLM APIs: OpenAI, GigaChat, Anthropic, or similar - Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace, or sentence-transformers - Experience with Kafka; RabbitMQ may be considered as an alternative - Experience writing unit and integration tests
