AI Design Engineer

AI Design Engineer role: blend design and AI engineering to build automated design systems. Remote, full-time.

We need a designer with engineering mindset or LLM developer with design understanding. You should not just use ready AI tools but also create systems that can do designer work. What to do: design and create AI tools for automatic design production; develop AI agents and multi-step processes; automate presentations, banners, resizes; create systems for mass design production, e.g., 200 adaptations from one master layout; connect language models with Figma and other design tools; develop prompt libraries and repeatable workflows; test prototypes and evaluate quality; help design team adopt AI.

Must understand layout principles (Figma experience required), design multi-step AI processes, connect external services via API, understand markdown files, create AI agents and integrate with design tools, prototype and deliver working solutions, evaluate quality, speed, stability, scalability. Portfolio: show at least one working project: AI tool, agent, or automated process, especially for presentations, banners, resizes.

Remote, full-time. Opportunity to create own AI tools and implement them in real design production. Space for experiments with new models and technologies. Salary discussed individually.
