Pregmate is an app that helps couples conceive faster. It sells ovulation, pregnancy, and menopause tests under its own brand through major US retail and pharmacy chains; more than 100,000 women buy them monthly. The app helps interpret test results and cycle tracker data to identify the best days to conceive. We need to produce a large volume of creatives — AI-generated, static, motion, UGC-like — so strong creative strategy, research, confident use of AI tools, and editing experience are important.

- 2+ years of experience as a creator + creative producer, team lead, or art director - Successful experience launching creatives on Meta in Tier-1 countries - Ability to read performance metrics (Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CPM, CR, CPA) and connect them with creative and funnel components Nice to have: experience in health and femtech products; reproductive health requires a delicate, testimonial-style approach to creatives and understanding of stricter Meta moderation rules in this category. We would be glad to see a portfolio with creative examples; at the final stage we will also ask to complete a small test task.

Remote work, contract with the prospect of transitioning to full-time. Salary discussed individually.
