AI Creator at SonderAds, remote from Europe. Full-time, 5/2 schedule. Salary depends on expertise. Focus on viral video ads and app development.

SonderAds is a marketing team that creates viral video ads and develops its own applications. Our focus is on short videos that grab attention from the first seconds and help our marketing team achieve outstanding results. What you will do: Participate in the formation and development of the AI direction within the team Generate ideas and hypotheses for advertising creatives Formulate ideas into scripts with a strong hook and clear structure Create video content through AI tools Analyze the market and competitors' approaches, adapt the best solutions for our tasks Work with prompts: create, optimize, and systematize them Set clear and understandable technical specifications for the motion design team

You are a perfect fit if you: Have experience as an AI Creator for at least 6 months Have experience generating video content through AI (Freepik AI, NanoBanana, Veo, Runway, Pika, Kling, etc.) Are confident in prompt engineering (ChatGPT, Gemini) and can achieve quality results Follow AI news, test tools, and implement the best ones in your work Understand trends and the mechanics of viral content Understand retention hooks, CTR-first for the first 3 seconds, and performance structure of videos Quickly test hypotheses and iterate on creatives Write clear and strong scripts Approach tasks responsibly and work calmly with edits Will be a plus: Experience in verticals - Utilities, AI-driven apps, Lifestyle & Wellness Experience in video editing in CapCut / Premiere / AE after AI generation

We offer: Paid internship (1 month) — during this time you will undergo training with practical tasks, get to know the team, and understand if the format and tasks suit you. Remote interaction format. We work quickly, cohesively, and for results. Interesting projects with large-scale opportunities. Schedule: from 10:00 to 19:00 Cyprus time. 20 days of vacation and paid sick leave. Probationary period - 3 months Salary - depends on your expertise We work according to the Cyprus holiday calendar.
