Remote AI Creator/Creative SMM at Sempre, an AI creative agency for real estate. Create AI ambassadors and lifestyle accounts, 30 videos + 10 carousels/posts per project. Salary discussed individually. Full or part-time.

About us: Creative AI agency with 10 years of expertise in real estate. Clients include PIK, Level Group, MR Group, Sminex, and Brusnika. We create AI ambassadors for brand audiences and run them as lifestyle accounts. Two first accounts gained ~73,000 organic views; the best video had 94% target city audience. Tasks: • Analyze brand, audience, competitors, and trends; build strategy, rubricator, and content plan. • Create appearance, character, and legend of AI ambassador; maintain character consistency. • Produce 30+ videos and up to 10 carousels/posts per project: generation, editing, sound, subtitles, covers. • Work with renders, interiors, and urban environment; invent local stories and natively integrate the brand. • Review analytics, quickly test hypotheses, and scale formats with target reach.

• Strong taste, visual culture, and understanding of short videos; experience in design, photo, or video is a plus. • Confident editing and ability to bring a video to publication quality. • Practical experience with GPT, Seedance, Kling, Nano Banana/Seedream, and other AI tools. • Experience with ElevenLabs, Suno, and lip sync; readiness to quickly master new tools. • Self-sufficiency and portfolio demonstrating SMM thinking and creativity.
