AI Automation Specialist for Bitrix24 Business Processes

Set up and implement AI automation for operational and administrative processes in Bitrix24: analyze tasks, find automation points, test and launch solutions. Requires Bitrix24 development experience and AI/ML implementation.

Goal: Build and implement a system of AI automation for operational and administrative processes in Bitrix24 - from analyzing current tasks and finding automation points to testing and launching working solutions. Example of one task cycle for automation: 1. A client leaves a request on the website, which automatically goes to the Leads list in Bitrix24, where Name, Phone, Email are automatically recorded, and a notification is immediately sent to the manager's smartphone. 2. Next, from the Leads list, the manager can call back with one click, and if unable to reach, a reminder to call back the next day is automatically created. 3. After the conversation, an AI agent transcribes the conversation, leaves a note in the calendar, e.g., "15.09.26 send the client an estimate", and on the 15th the manager receives a reminder to do so.
