AI Artist needed for a product with AI characters. Responsibilities include generating visuals, preparing datasets, and creating AI adapters. Salary: 70,000 – 90,000 RUB/month + royalties. Remote, full-time/part-time.

Working on a product with AI characters in a semi-realistic style. We are strengthening the content direction and looking for someone to handle the full cycle: from generating visuals to creating AI adapters (images and video). What you will do: — Generate character images: different angles, lighting, scenes, emotions. Control consistency, filter out defects, maintain quality without artifacts. — Generate video and loops while maintaining character consistency. — Collect and prepare datasets: parsing, selection, cleaning, deduplication, quality control. — Prepare LoRA adapters, test results, iterate to achieve the desired quality. — Participate in creating new characters with the team: from visual concept to character and style. — Assist with prompts, generation pipelines, and process improvements.

— Someone who understands how generation works internally, not just enters a prompt and clicks a button. Technical thinking is important. — Experience with current tools (at least ComfyUI or similar). — Understanding of how to maintain character consistency when changing conditions (angle, light, scene). — Accuracy and attention to detail, meeting deadlines. Will be a plus: — Experience creating LoRA adapters from scratch. — Experience generating video with consistent characters. — Experience collecting and preparing datasets. — Interest in character building: visuals, lore, personality.
