Develop and maintain AI agent using React and Python/FastAPI. Integrate and optimize AI agent behavior for a large audience. Work remotely or hybrid in St. Petersburg. Salary up to 300,000 RUB.

We are creating an AI agent for long-term tasks that combines Computer Use and API tools. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain frontend (React-web) and backend (Python + FastAPI). - Integrate and optimize the AI agent's behavior for a large audience. - Work on performance and reliability for high MAU. - Rapidly prototype and release features (ship fast), participate in releases, and quickly fix critical bugs. - Closely collaborate with the product team: propose solutions, evaluate trade-offs, make architectural decisions.

Mandatory: - Practical experience with Claude Code and Cursor (production code). - Strong skills in React and backend development with Python using FastAPI. - Experience in developing a high-load AI product. - Product mindset and experience in a startup/dynamic team. - Independence, high work speed, and readiness for rapid releases (sometimes intensive periods and overtime when necessary). Preferred (advantage): - Experience designing long-running/long-term agents. - Understanding of API integrations and orchestration toolchains for agents. - Experience with monitoring and scaling services under high traffic.
