Affiliate Manager

FinTech project seeks Affiliate Manager to maintain partner relationships, ensure traffic quality, and prevent partner churn. Remote, $1700-$2000/month.

We are developing a FinTech project and are looking for an Affiliate Manager to work with existing partners. You will maintain long-term relationships, help resolve issues, and identify reasons why a partner might stop cooperation. If you enjoy working with affiliate programs, can build long-term relationships, and are result-oriented, we will be glad to see you on the team. Responsibilities: • Develop relationships with existing partners and maintain regular communication. • Conduct negotiations and agree on cooperation terms. • Support partners at all stages of work. • Control quality and volume of attracted traffic. • Analyze effectiveness of partner channels. • Meet planned targets for partner acquisition and traffic volumes. • Prevent partner churn and bring back those who paused cooperation. • Monitor traffic volume drops, find causes, and work on recovery. • Prepare reports on work results.

• Experience as Affiliate Manager in iGaming from 1 year. • Understanding of affiliate marketing principles and performance models. • Experience with affiliate programs, CPA/CPL/CPS models. • Negotiation skills and ability to build long-term partnerships. • Analytical thinking and ability to work with numbers. • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets. • Independence and result orientation.

Fully remote work format. Schedule 5/2. Salary $1700-$2000. Opportunity for professional and career growth.
