Advertising Sales Manager / Commercial Manager

Fashion media Blue Unicorn seeks an Advertising Sales / Commercial Manager. Remote, project location Moscow. After 4-week trial: 30,000 RUB/month + 15% sales; trial commission 30%.

Build and package the project's media kit from scratch with up-to-date statistics across all platforms (Telegram, MAX, VK, Dzen). Active sales: independently search for and attract relevant advertisers (clothing, cosmetics, lifestyle services, marketplaces). Work with an existing contact base: direct clients, advertising and PR agencies. Conduct platform presentations, pitch special project ideas, and negotiate long-term cooperation. Manage the full deal cycle: from first cold contact to creative approval, publication control, and final statistics collection.

Own warm contact base in fashion / beauty / lifestyle (direct access to PR managers and media buyers). Successful experience selling advertising in Telegram, VKontakte, Dzen, and Instagram. Excellent knowledge of the market and metrics (CPM, CPC, ER, CPA), ability to justify placement cost based on numbers and audience quality. Developed taste and awareness of fashion market specifics and brand Tone of Voice, skill in creating native integrations. High degree of independence and focus on financial results without micromanagement.

Transparent motivation system with no upper income ceiling. Trial period (4 weeks): no fixed part, increased commission 30% of all closed deals. After trial period: salary 30,000 RUB + 15% of sales.
