The Offenbacher Hotel, with its twenty-one rooms and twenty-one stories, invites guests to immerse themselves in the spirit of the Silver Age, inspired by figures like Chaliapin, Diaghilev, and Mayakovsky. The hotel's monochrome interior, inspired by St. Petersburg's sky and silent film aesthetics, creates a unique atmosphere. We are looking for someone who can feel and create this atmosphere for our guests. What you will do: – Greet and see off guests with sincere interest and attention – Help each guest feel like a part of the hotel's atmosphere – Tell guests stories about the house, characters, details, and philosophy – Participate in Kaizen processes: see what can be improved — and do it – Be a brand ambassador through communication, appearance, behavior, and initiative – Manage shifts: work with bookings, check-ins, cash register, and other operational tasks
