Administrator at Nyberg School Yerevan
Administrator position at Nyberg School Yerevan. Responsibilities include client communication, admissions management, finances, procurement, and organizational process optimization. Salary: $800/month. Work schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00. Includes meals, insurance, official employment.
Responsibilities of the administrator: - communication with clients, contractors, school management, as well as colleagues on specific requests; - management of the admission campaign processes; - finances (accepting payments, accounting for internal expenses and income together with the second administrator); - procurement; - administration of the school's organizational processes and their optimization; - work with documents and databases; - participation in strategic sessions of the school administration.
Work schedule: 9:00 - 18:00 with a lunch break 5 days a week (Mon-Fri). Work conditions also include three meals a day free of charge, the possibility of corporate insurance with a discount, official employment according to the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, paid leave of 20 working days, a sick leave system (60% of the employee's rate per day).
