Offchain Labs is seeking an Accounting Manager for a remote position. The role involves managing the month-end close, financial reporting, compliance, and supporting accounting operations for a multi-entity organization. Salary is estimated between $45k and $110k.

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and systems-savvy Accounting Manager to join our lean but high-impact Accounting team. Reporting to the Director of Accounting, you’ll help scale our core accounting operations, take ownership of the month-end close for a multi-entity organization, and support key processes across compliance, payroll, and financial reporting. This position is a great fit for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, enjoys solving complex blockchain related problems, and fully understands foundational accounting processes while helping us build for scale. We’re looking for someone with a strong grasp of US GAAP, experience with accounting systems and integrations (such as QuickBooks, Stripe, Ramp), and a mindset focused on automation, documentation, and continuous improvement.
