We are looking for an accountant-calculator for a restaurant group in Dubai. Responsibilities: — Maintaining product and warehouse accounting in iiko (Syrve) system; — Compiling and maintaining technological and calculation cards; — Calculating and controlling cost of dishes and drinks; — Accounting for receipts, transfers, and write-offs of products; — Conducting inventories, analyzing and controlling discrepancies; — Monitoring balances and correctness of accounting data; — Interacting with chefs and purchasing department.

— Experience as an accountant-calculator in the restaurant industry; — Knowledge of iiko (Syrve) and confident Excel skills; — Fluent English; — Attentiveness, responsibility, and analytical mindset.
