3D Animator / Generalist

3D Animator/Generalist for YouTube 3D Shorts, salary $2,000/month+, remote, flexible schedule.

Create 30–50 second 3D Shorts. Handle animation, environments, lighting and rendering in Blender. Work from completed scripts, voiceovers and storyboards. Produce at least 4-8 videos per month.

Strong Blender and character-animation skills. Great storytelling, pacing and composition. Ability to show emotion through animation. Reliable communication and delivery.

$2,000/month+ depending on quality, speed and experience. Consistent, long-term work. Flexible schedule. Clear feedback and production systems. Opportunity for the best animator to become our future Team Lead.
