We are looking for a 3D animator/generalist to create a game trailer for a Unity project. The trailer duration is about 80 seconds. It features several characters, including a first-person view character. Main tasks: — Creating character animations: running, hits, idle, and other game actions; — Animating a first-person character (hands, interactions with objects and environment); — Working with multiple characters in a scene; — Setting up rigging and skinning of characters for further animation; — Setting up and integrating character animations into Unity; — Working with Unity Cinemachine; — Setting up, configuring, and animating cameras directly in Unity; — Animating objects, props, and environment elements; — Working with prepared models, characters, and game scenes.
— Confident 3D animation skills; — Experience in rigging and skinning characters; — Experience with Unity and Cinemachine; — Understanding of the pipeline for importing and setting up animations in Unity; — Ability to independently integrate and configure animations in the engine; — Ability to work with the camera and build dynamic staged scenes; — Cinematic vision, sense of composition, camera movement, and scene pacing will be a big plus; — Experience creating game trailers or cutscenes is also a plus.
Project-based work, paid.
