3D Animator / 3D Generalist (Blender) — Short-Form Animated Stories

Seeking 3D Animator/Generalist (Blender) for long-term role creating 4–6 short-form animated YouTube videos per month, 25–35 sec each. Pay $120 per video initially; paid sample $35.

We make short-form animated stories on YouTube, in the style of Art of War and Zack D. Films. Work exclusively in Blender. Responsibilities: - Create 4–6 videos per month, each 25–35 seconds long — roughly one every 4–6 days - Handle modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, and camera movement - Editing and post-production are handled by someone else

Blender: modeling, rigging, animation Dynamic camera work — no static shots Quality over speed English is important, or ability to follow video notes using a translator

Pay: $120 per video to start. After a few videos with proven quality and reliability, open to moving to a monthly salary. A paid sample project is required: $35 upon delivery. We provide the script, the audio, and a shot-by-shot brief.
