2D Motion Designer (Middle/Senior), remote, full-time for a full-cycle advertising agency (6 years, 100+ people) specializing in CG marketing in esports and sports. Tasks: video editing, 2D animation, social media creatives, AI tools. Salary in USDT.

We are a full-cycle advertising agency (6 years on the market, 100+ employees). We specialize in CG marketing in esports and traditional sports. The design department is actively growing, and we are looking for a strong 2D Motion Designer. Tasks: • Video editing and creating 2D animation according to the brief; • Developing advertising creatives for social media marketing; • Adapting creatives to different formats (16:9, 9:16, 1:1); • Active use of neural networks in work; • Working with revisions and meeting deadlines.

You fit us if: • Experience from Middle level, with a current portfolio or showreel; • Confident command of After Effects; • Basic level of Figma and Photoshop; • Strong command of AI tools (understand differences between models and can work with them); • High skills in color correction and understanding of sound design; • Trendy editing and ability to make dynamic cuts; • Languages: fluent Russian, English B1; Bonus: experience/insight in esports, sports, or game development.

Full-time, 100% remote (schedule 5/2, 11:00–19:30 MSK) Salary in USDT Probation period: 3 months 21 working days of vacation + 4 additional days off Work with top market brands
