Vacancy: 1C Analyst (ERP / Manufacturing) at StroyDorServis. Experience from 3 years, full immersion in process transformation project. Salary 120,000 – 170,000 ₽ net.

We are looking for a strong 1C analyst for a project to build and implement a system for a manufacturing company (bitumen, logistics, warehouse, shipping, cost accounting, analytics). The project involves a complete transformation of processes + integration with a web system. Role's task: At the start, the analyst will form the basis of the system: — identify functional gaps in standard 1C:ERP / KA — design what remains in 1C and what goes to the web — set tasks for development What you will do: — business process examination (supply, warehouse, shipping, finance) — requirements gathering and formalization — analysis of standard 1C:ERP / KA functionality — identification of functional gaps — preparation of technical specifications for modifications — participation in implementation and launch — interaction with the web team (integrations) — in the future: administration, roles, first-line support

What's important: — 1C analyst / consultant experience of 3+ years — experience implementing 1C:ERP / KA (preferably manufacturing or logistics) — understanding of end-to-end business processes — full cycle experience (examination → technical specifications → launch) — ability to work with standard configurations, not just "customizing everything" Will be a plus: — experience in the manufacturing module — knowledge of resource specifications — 1C certifications
