Functional Architect for 1C:ZUP in Moscow, Russia. IT company implementing large-scale projects. Salary based on interview results. Responsibilities include system analysis, requirement gathering, and team leadership.

Participate in 1C product implementation projects as a lead analyst or functional architect; Conduct surveys; Collect and analyze system requirements; Formulate and approve project and user documentation; Assign tasks to 1C analysts and developers; Perform functional testing of implemented software products; Train and consult users; Classify and evaluate user requests.

Higher education (technical or economic); Knowledge of one or more functional areas: "Personnel accounting and time tracking", "Payroll and accounting", "Employee motivation", "Employee recruitment, adaptation, and training", "Occupational safety"; Good knowledge of software products: 1C:ZUP and/or 1C:ZUP CORP, confirmed by experience; Experience in designing solutions on the 1C platform (with deep customization of standard and/or development of new functionality), good knowledge of BSP and 1C platform capabilities; Experience in large projects (from 5000 employees) or a desire to gain it; Analytical thinking, results-oriented, ability to work in a team and with the end customer; Presentation skills.
