Job Details

1C:ZUP Functional Architect position in Moscow, Russia. IT company implementing large-scale projects. Salary based on interview results. Hybrid work format available.

Participate in 1C product implementation projects as a lead analyst or functional architect. Conduct surveys, gather and analyze system requirements, prepare and approve project and user documentation, assign tasks to 1C analysts and developers, perform functional testing of implemented software products, train and consult users, classify and evaluate user requests.

Higher education (technical or economic); Knowledge of one or more functional areas: "Personnel accounting and timekeeping", "Payroll and accounting", "Employee motivation", "Employee recruitment, adaptation and training", "Occupational safety"; Good knowledge of 1C:ZUP and/or 1C:ZUP CORP software products, confirmed by experience; Experience in designing solutions on the 1C platform (with deep customization of standard and/or development of new functionality), good knowledge of BSP and 1C platform capabilities; Experience in large projects (from 5000 employees) or desire to gain it; Analytical thinking, results-oriented, ability to work in a team and with the end customer; Presentation skills.
