1C:ZUP Analyst

Remote/hybrid (Moscow) 1C:ZUP analyst for a 3-12 month project, up to 400,000 RUB/month net, contract via self-employed or sole proprietor.

Project for 3-12 months, possibly extended. Work format: remote, hybrid (Moscow). Registration: sole proprietor / self-employed. Rate: up to 300,000-400,000 RUB per month net + taxes. Possible to combine with other projects with full immersion in the project.

• Experience as a 1C analyst from 5 years • Deep knowledge and practical experience with 1C:ZUP • Experience in surveying and analyzing business processes in HR and payroll • Ability to independently collect and formalize requirements from the customer • Experience in writing task specifications for 1C developers • Understanding of typical 1C:ZUP functionality and possibilities for its modification • Experience in projects on implementation, support, or development of 1C:ZUP • Willingness to independently understand others' modifications and configuration • Higher technical/economic education • 1C certificates
