1C Team Lead
1C Team Lead position at Selecty. Salary: 450,000 gross + annual bonus. Responsibilities include team management, technical leadership, architecture design, and development. Requires 3+ years of experience leading 1C development teams.
Responsibilities: — Team management and technical leadership: — Leading a team of 1C developers: task distribution, mentoring, code reviews. — Organizing development processes: planning, effort estimation, monitoring project and task completion deadlines. — Coordinating interaction within the team and with business experts to agree on technical specifications and enhancements. — Implementing and supporting best development practices, optimizing workflows. Architecture and solution design: — Developing and maintaining the architecture of solutions on the 1C: 8.3 platform, including 1C:MFО and KPK Management. — Designing scalable and high-load solutions, optimizing code performance and database queries. — Creating and developing integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP API. — Searching for and implementing optimal technological solutions for product development. — Conducting business requirements analysis and translating them into technical solutions. Development and support: — Developing complex configurations, modifying modules, creating reports, print forms, and applications. — Supporting and updating existing configurations, including custom-developed and deeply modified standard solutions. — Working with databases: analysis, configuration, writing and optimizing SQL queries (T-SQL).
Requirements: — 3+ years of experience leading a 1C development team. — Deep knowledge of the 1C: 8.3 platform and configurations — 1C:MFО and KPK Management (optional) — Skills in designing complex solution architectures, experience with high-load systems. — Ability to develop and optimize integrations via REST/SOAP API. — Experience with databases, including writing and optimizing SQL queries (T-SQL). — Experience with custom configurations or deeply modified standard solutions. — Project management skills: effort estimation, planning, deadline control. — Ability to work with task management and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence).
