1C Functional Architect: ZUP vacancy at Asfera in Moscow. Salary from 300,000 RUB. Requires 5+ years of experience, knowledge of HR/Payroll modules, and 1C:ZUP expertise. Hybrid work format.

Participation in 1C product implementation projects as a lead analyst or functional architect; Conducting surveys; Gathering and analyzing system requirements; Forming and agreeing on project and user documentation; Assigning tasks to 1C analysts and developers; Functional testing of implemented software products; Training and consulting users; Classification and evaluation of user requests.

Higher education (technical or economic); Knowledge of one or more functional areas: "Personnel accounting and timekeeping", "Payroll and accounting", "Employee motivation", "Employee recruitment, adaptation and training", "Occupational safety"; Good knowledge of software products: 1C:ZUP and/or 1C:ZUP CORP, confirmed by experience; Experience in designing solutions on the 1C platform (with deep customization of standard and/or development of new functionality), good knowledge of BSP and 1C platform capabilities; Experience in large projects (from 5000 employees) or a desire to gain it; Analytical thinking, result-oriented, ability to work in a team and with the end customer; Presentation skills.
