1C Developer position in Moscow, office-based with potential for hybrid work. Salary from 250,000 RUB/month. Responsibilities include developing and supporting 1C systems and integration mechanisms. Requires 3+ years of 1C development experience.

The company specializes in the development and production of equipment for core and oil research under reservoir conditions. Responsibilities: - Development of proprietary MES, APS, PDM solutions; - Implementation, customization, and support of standard 1C systems: Accounting, HR, Document Management, ERP; - Development of integration mechanisms using REST HTTP request technologies.

Experience in 1C platform development for over 3 years; Knowledge of core 1C 8.3 platform mechanics; Higher education in mathematics (deep knowledge of linear algebra and discrete mathematics); Good knowledge of query language, СКД, 1C client-server model; Knowledge of algorithms and database design principles; Experience in developing architecturally complex solutions; Skills in developing lightweight, well-thought-out, yet functional interfaces; Solid analytical knowledge in the subject area (accounting, HR and payroll, budgeting, operational production accounting, production planning); Experience in solving optimization problems. Experience working in production (as a 1C developer, analyst, or consultant) Will also be an advantage: - Experience in implementing or supporting standard 1C systems: Accounting, HR, Document Management, ERP; - Experience in formulating tasks received directly from functional customers; - Experience in integrating 1C systems or others.
