1C Developer (Middle+/Senior)

Spectr is an IT outstaff company seeking a 1C Developer (Middle+/Senior) with 5-7+ years of experience for projects in fintech, retail, industry, logistics, etc.

Required: - 5-7+ years of practical experience in 1C:Enterprise platform - Higher education (computer science, economics, or related fields) - Team experience and Agile processes Knowledge of 1C configurations: - Practical experience with one or more standard configurations: 1C:Accounting, 1C:Trade Management, 1C:Holding Management, 1C:ZUP CORP, 1C:Document Management, 1C:ERP, 1C:UPO (for food service) Technical skills: - Development and modification of configurations according to functional requirements - Query optimization and work with high-load systems - SQL knowledge and work with databases (1C, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server) - Systems analysis of functional requirements - Knowledge of development standards on 1C:Enterprise - Code testing, diagnostics, and error correction - Code review and refactoring Integrations and interaction: - Experience integrating 1C solutions with external applications and services - Knowledge of main integration methods: HTTP services/REST API, Web services, Data buses - Work with external services (e.g., DaData) Tools and methodologies: - Version control systems (Git, SVN) - Knowledge of 1C:Enterprise and development tools - Basics of project management (PMBoK, Scrum, Agile) - Basics of business process modeling (IDEF0, EPC, BPMN 2.0) Preferred: - 1C certificate (Specialist or Expert in technical issues) - Experience with extensions (without removing standard objects from support) - Experience updating configurations and fixing after updates - Knowledge of regulated accounting (RAS, tax accounting) - Experience with new accounting standards (FASB 10/2026 'Expenses') - Knowledge of specialized areas: accounting and insurance accounting, IFRS 17, treasury, procurement and budgeting, contact center management, WMS/TMS systems - Experience with address classifiers and address parsing - Linux knowledge (Alta Linux) and administration - DevOps tools and CI/CD - Programming languages: Python, Java, C#
