1C Developer needed for a project to automate key processes of the Long-Term Remuneration Program. Remote work, full-time. Salary 220K-250K.

The project requires a 1C Developer for a market leader in retail collective investments in commercial real estate. The core business involves creating and managing closed-end mutual investment funds (ZIFFs) that invest in rental properties such as shopping and entertainment centers, offices, warehouses, and logistics complexes. The project focuses on enhancing the automated system 1C:Avankor PIF 3, which is part of the 'Long-Term Remuneration Program' systems complex. The goal is to automate key processes within this program. The team's experience enables them to offer a fintech product of international caliber and new investment opportunities to a wide range of investors. Employment will be with the client for 0.1 FTE. This requires the specialist to visit Kutuzovsky Prospekt in Moscow for one day for onboarding, setup, and access. Travel expenses for this initial setup will be reimbursed upon successful interviews. The onboarding day will be compensated as part of the onboarding tasks.

- Minimum 5 years of development experience on the 1C:Enterprise platform. - Possession of valid 1C certificates at 'Specialist' and 'Professional' levels for the platform and key application solutions. - Skills in designing the architecture of 1C functional blocks and participating in technical solution selection. - Experience with 1C products and configurations, including module development, customization, data exchange setup, and calculation algorithms. - Experience in developing and supporting integration solutions (web/HTTP services, 1C integration buses, KD2, KD3, exchange scenarios with external systems). - Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. - Experience in writing and maintaining automated tests using Vanessa-Automation or similar software (environment setup, test case development, CI/CD integration). - Experience integrating corporate systems like 1C:ZUP, 1C:BP, 1C:ERP with other platforms, web applications, and building unified data transfer processes. - Experience with management accounting and understanding of rental income and expense accounting business processes.
