1C Analyst

Spectr IT-company seeks a 1C Analyst for projects on 1C:ERP, 1C:УХ, and 1C:Document Management. Remote, salary 150,000–200,000 RUB.

Collect and analyze business requirements. Describe and optimize financial and production processes. Design functional solutions based on 1C. Prepare specifications for developers and acceptance criteria. Develop accounting models, documents, directories, registers, and roles. Participate in integration design with external systems. Participate in testing, launch, and maintenance of solutions. Interact with business, developers, testers, and architects. Manage tasks and documentation in Jira and Confluence.

Experience as a 1C analyst from 4 years. Practical experience with 1C:ERP, 1C:УХ, or similar solutions. Understanding of financial and/or production processes. Experience in preparing specifications and integration design. Knowledge of 1C architecture and main configuration objects. Skills in REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, EnterpriseData. Ability to model processes in BPMN or UML. Experience with Jira and Confluence.
