1C Analyst at MAG, a distributor of sewing accessories and fabrics. Focus on 1C:UT business analysis, process design, integrations, and system support.

Company MAG is a dynamically developing distributor of sewing accessories and fabrics. The company is developing and strengthening its e-com sustainability strategy, changing its approach to the logistics cycle and promotion of product groups on electronic platforms, and testing new sales channels. Responsibilities: - Detailed elaboration of business processes (AS IS → TO BE) in the 'Purchases – Warehouse – Sales – Money' cycles, considering 1C and related systems. - Development of functional architecture for solutions in the UT configuration, including setup of exchanges with external systems (integrations via API, web services, file exchange). - Formation of strategic proposals for accounting system development (scaling, performance optimization, automation of routine operations). - Support and refinement of 1C:UT configurations (setup of documents, registers, reports, processing). - Support of blocks: warehouse and trade accounting, inventory accounting, cost, VAT, cash and bank, payroll (accruals, deductions, vacations, sick leave), regulatory reporting. - Organization and control of integrations between systems (data exchange with websites, EDI, bank-client, GIS Markirovka, EGAIS, etc.). - Participation in testing of refinements, verification of accounting correctness in accordance with legislation (PBU, NK, TK, accounting instructions). - Full requirements lifecycle management: collection, analysis, prioritization, coordination, acceptance. - Improvement and standardization of technical documentation templates. - Maintaining a knowledge base for users and fellow analysts (work methods, checklists, setup and operation instructions).

What we expect from the candidate: - 3+ years of experience in business analysis with a focus on 1C:UT. - Deep knowledge of one or more of the listed configurations, understanding of their internal structure and differences. - Confident knowledge of the subject area: management accounting. - Skills in designing solution architecture (data models, integration logic, API). - Experience in writing technical specifications for complex refinements, taking into account non-functional requirements (performance, reliability, scalability). - Knowledge of BPMN, UML notations, understanding of Scrum. - Ability to use the query console, read and analyze 1C code (would be an advantage). Desirable skills: - Knowledge of SQL, Python (for data uploads, analysis, automation of checks). - Participation in migrations or upgrades to new 1C versions (e.g., transition from UT 10.3 to UT 11). - Cursor as the main tool for automation, analysis, and planning. Or willingness to quickly learn and master it. - Experience with WMS.

Stable company with clear systemic processes in transformation stage. Comfortable schedule: 9:00-18:00 / 10:00-19:00. Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. Lunches in the office at the company's expense.
