Senior Sales Manager/BDM 1C
Senior Sales Manager/BDM 1C in Moscow, Russia. Hybrid work format. 1C sales experience of 3+ years, attracting new clients, working with department KPIs and personal sales plan.
Active attraction of new clients, including working with incoming requests; Analysis of the needs and capabilities of potential customers, development of effective commercial proposals; Working with department KPIs, as well as personal sales plan; Building partnerships with potential customers; Conclusion of contracts, further support and control of the execution of contractual obligations (acts, invoices); Development and implementation of sales strategies for 1C projects aimed at achieving set goals.
1C sales experience of 3+ years is mandatory; Clear sales performance indicators; Established connections/contacts with clients. Will be a plus; Experience with ERP systems.
Work schedule 5/2 for 8 hours; Work in an accredited IT company; Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation; Professional growth, corporate training and absolute independence in work; Reputation of an integrator that completes projects with high quality and brings them to successful completion; Regular corporate events: holidays, team building, and meetups.
