Senior Sales Manager/BDM 1C
Senior Sales Manager/BDM 1C at an IT company, Moscow. Hybrid work format. 3+ years of experience in 1C sales, established client relationships.
Actively attract new clients, including handling incoming requests; Analyze the needs and capabilities of potential customers, develop effective commercial proposals; Work with departmental KPIs and personal sales plan; Build partnerships with potential customers; Conclude contracts, further support and control the fulfillment of contractual obligations (acts, invoices); Develop and implement sales strategies for 1C projects aimed at achieving set goals.
3+ years of experience in 1C sales is mandatory; Clear sales performance metrics; Established client relationships/contacts. Will be a plus; Experience with ERP systems.
5/2 work schedule, 8 hours a day; Work in an accredited IT company; Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation; Professional growth, corporate training, and absolute autonomy in work; Reputation of an integrator that delivers high-quality projects and successfully completes them; Regular corporate events: holidays, team building, and meetups.
