We are looking for a Telegram Content Lead for our AI and Crypto media. Responsibilities include managing content, improving materials, growing the channel, and ensuring stable releases. Part-time, remote position.

We are a small team developing a Telegram media outlet focused on AI and crypto. We are seeking a Telegram Content Lead to manage content, package raw information into strong materials, help the channel grow, and ensure stable, structured, and organized releases. Responsibilities: - Manage content for the Telegram channel in the AI + crypto niche. - Take raw information from the team, independently find some topics, and package it into ready content. - Enhance topics, headlines, structure, hooks, and presentation. - Partially write materials from scratch, but the main focus is on strong packaging and editing. - Monitor the content plan, deadlines, statuses, and release quality. - Coordinate the content process, assign tasks to the designer, and synchronize with the team. - Maintain regular sections and the overall rhythm of the channel. - Analyze what performs better and what performs weaker, and suggest improvements for content and growth. - Use AI as a working tool, not to produce low-quality AI-generated content.

Experience in content/editing/media. Experience specifically with the Telegram format, channels, or media Telegram projects. Good understanding of AI tools, information landscape, cases, and trends. Ability to independently find strong AI topics and filter out noise. Decent understanding of the crypto market, terms, mechanics, and projects. Ability to write and edit clearly, lively, structurally, and without unnecessary words. Ability to see how the same material can be made stronger specifically for Telegram. Discipline, responsibility, adherence to deadlines. Ability to work with spreadsheets, content plans, and statuses. Independence, adequate work speed, and a normal reaction to edits. English proficiency sufficient for reading sources and research (not a strict filter).

Remote work, flexible schedule. Employment: 20-25 hours per week. Main workload on weekdays, lighter on weekends. Payment: fixed + bonuses, details after the interview. Long-term cooperation. Opportunity to influence the content system, strengthen the media, and grow with the project.
