Lead a team of 2-3 JavaScript developers for OZON's Electronic Document Management system. Responsibilities include task distribution, quality control, developing internal tools and prototypes, maintaining and enhancing the existing codebase (code reviews, performance optimization, refactoring), and API design with backend collaboration.

Lead a team of 2-3 developers, distribute tasks, and monitor deadlines and quality of work. Develop tools for internal users. Develop prototypes and UX concepts. Maintain and develop the existing codebase (participate in code reviews/performance optimization/refactoring). Participate in API design, interact with backend developers.

5+ years of JavaScript development experience. 1+ year of team management experience. Expert knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript/HTML/CSS/Git. Experience with Vue (NuxtJS) 2/3. Understanding of UX principles. Understanding of client-server architecture, experience interacting with APIs. Ability to write simple, structured, and readable code. Understanding of classic algorithms and data structures. Teamwork experience.
