Middle Product Designer for Back Office Support at Aviasales. Design and develop admin interfaces for customer support CRM. Remote work.

Design and develop admin interfaces for customer support CRM, including interfaces, scenarios, and states. Participate in discovery with product, conduct user research, and document product requirements. Support implementation with development, including mockups and QA.

Experience in designing complex interfaces (admin panels, CRMs, personal accounts, helpdesk systems). Understanding of website and mobile app interface principles. Familiarity with design systems. Proficiency in Figma. Ability to analyze information, form and test hypotheses (including user interviews and analytics). Portfolio required.
