SOLIDNO is looking for a Blogger and Partnership Manager to find and attract influencers, manage collaborations, and analyze integration results. This is a fully remote position with a flexible schedule and a salary of up to 160,000 RUB per month.

Responsibilities: - Search and attract bloggers (micro- and macro-) through research, personal contacts, and industry networking; - Independently reach out to bloggers or their managers, negotiate and agree on cooperation terms; - Launch and coordinate integrations; - Maintain and develop a blogger database, record agreements, build systematic work; - Participate in budget allocation (barter / paid placements); - Build a regular stream of placements (up to 40-50 integrations per month); - Analyze integrations; - Search for partners for collaborations (brands, services with a similar audience); - Initiate and launch joint projects and integrations.

Requirements: - Experience working with bloggers / influencer marketing or being within the fashion / lifestyle environment; - You have your own database of relevant bloggers or a clear way to quickly reach them through contacts and networking; - Understanding of the influencer market and placement formats; - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to achieve results, find win-win solutions; - Independence: ability to manage the process from search to integration launch; - Systematization: ability to maintain a database, record agreements, build a clear process; - Ability to work with numbers: analyze integration results, draw conclusions; - Experience in fashion, participation in events, experience with guest management will be a plus.

Conditions: - Format: full remote, full-time employment (no combining); - Schedule: flexible; - Payment: 100-110 thousand RUB fixed + KPI (up to 50 thousand RUB). Total income - up to 160-160 thousand RUB per month; - KPI will be agreed jointly with the candidate: fulfillment of the integration plan, their quality, development of partnerships; - Probation period: 2 months.
