Participate in team formation and recruitment of new employees; Conduct team meetings and 1:2:1s, provide feedback; Mentor and develop the team; Build and optimize development processes; Develop solution architecture; Analyze task requirements; Participate in writing program code; Conduct code reviews; Participate in release planning.

Senior level Python knowledge; Experience in embedded systems development (a plus); Experience in developing fault-tolerant applications; At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead; 5+ years of development experience; Proficient in Linux; Ability to independently conduct hypothesis research and debugging; Developed leadership qualities; Result-oriented.
